Requirements: For this position, we’re also open to meeting professionals currently in Coordination roles! **Mandatory:** * Solid DS/ML experience with a track record of models deployed in production. * Proficiency in Python and SQL; strong foundation in statistics and supervised ML. * Experience with score/risk problems (or similar: propensity, fraud, collections, churn with high criticality). * Experience in data environments (Databricks/Spark or equivalent) and cloud fundamentals. * Ability to design metrics and monitor performance/stability (drift, PSI, calibration, degradation). **Behavioral Skills:** * Technical leadership with a collaborative mindset (mentoring, feedback, alignment). * Organization and discipline in execution (planning, deadlines, visibility). * Clear communication to translate technical complexity into business decisions. * Proactivity and ability to resolve cross-functional blockers. * Focus on quality and impact. **Nice to Have:** * Experience with feature stores, real-time processing, and large-scale automated decision-making. * Experience with MLOps (MLflow/registry, automated pipelines, CI/CD, observability). * Experience with explainability and governance (SHAP, constraints, auditing). * Experience with scenario simulation and financial impact estimation. **A glimpse of your day-to-day with us:** * Lead the team’s daily execution, ensuring technical quality, delivery cadence, and integration with Product, Engineering, and Credit/Risk areas. The goal is to expand decision automation and generate financial impact using robust and observable models. * Coordinate the team (routines, priorities, rituals, technical reviews) and ensure consistent deliveries. * Lead credit and risk modeling projects, unified scoring, and feature engineering/feature store initiatives. * Ensure best practices in validation, versioning, and reproducibility (datasets, features, models, experiments). * Design and monitor team KPIs: model lead time, automated decision rate, drift/stability, and impact. * Partner with Engineering/Data teams to enable features, integrations, and deployment (batch and/or real-time). * Support the design and interpretation of tests/experiments and impact analyses (uplift, avoided loss, savings). * Ensure documentation (model cards, approval criteria, monitoring, limits, and risks) and governance. * Mentor specialists/analysts, supporting their technical growth and adoption of best practices. **Work Model:** * Remote (Brazil). **At meutudo, you’ll find:** **To make your day easier:** Monthly allowance to provide extra support; * Up to 15 days/year of vacation to recharge.
