




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields. * Microsoft Office Suite: basic to intermediate proficiency. * Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously. * Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task management platforms (e.g., Trello, Monday, Asana). * Basic knowledge of marketing, advertising, and planning. * Ability to draft simple briefs and prepare presentations. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Must reside in São Paulo/SP. * Support interdepartmental relationships, ensuring clear and efficient communication. * Track requests, questions, and simple demands, forwarding them to the responsible departments. * Participate in internal and external meetings, documenting client information and requirements. * Ensure clarity and objectivity in briefs to support demand execution. * Monitor task workflows, verifying deadlines, priorities, and delivery statuses. * Conduct follow-ups with teams to ensure alignment of information. * Organize schedules, meetings, supporting materials, and project-related documents. * Update internal systems with information regarding status, approvals, and deliveries. * Assist in collecting and organizing references and supplementary information for briefs. * Review materials prior to client submission (spelling, alignment with brief, visual appropriateness). * Ensure all deliverables comply with brand guidelines and standards established by the creative team. * Flag inconsistencies and suggest adjustments when necessary. * Continuously deepen understanding of clients, their products, competitors, and brand universe. * Learn about communication and advertising workflows, management tools, and internal processes. * Participate in training sessions and remain open to feedback to accelerate professional development. 2512210202551876356
