Act as a facilitator in organizational transformation workshops. **JOB MISSION** Lead and support organizational change management initiatives, ensuring the effective adoption of new processes, structures, systems, and strategies through structured actions in communication, engagement, and training—minimizing impacts and reinforcing organizational culture. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** -------------------------------- * Plan and execute change management strategies in organizational projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. * Map organizational impacts arising from changes (processes, systems, structure, culture), identifying risks and proposing mitigation actions. * Develop and implement communication, engagement, and training plans to support team transitions. * Partner with leadership to support change implementation and resistance management. * Conduct change readiness assessments, evaluating engagement levels and adherence of involved areas. * Monitor adoption and effectiveness indicators of implemented changes, proposing adjustments when necessary. * Develop supporting materials, guides, presentations, and content related to transformation initiatives. * Act as a facilitator in workshops, trainings, and forums related to organizational transformation projects. **BASIC REQUIREMENTS** ---------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience in organizational transformation projects, change management, or organizational development. * Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, or similar) is a plus.
