Job Summary: Responsible for conducting and monitoring the company’s budget planning, advising managers and fostering budget culture. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of budget variances and recommendations Responsible for conducting and monitoring the company’s budget planning. **Responsibilities and Duties** Advise departmental managers on budget planning aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Implement departmental KPIs and targets. Foster budget culture across various organizational departments. Prepare management reports for tracking and controlling budgeted versus actual performance. Analyze budget variances to identify trends affecting the organization’s budget (Forecast). Present reports to senior management with recommendations for approval or rejection of funding requests. Provide budget-related support to management as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Postgraduate specialization in Finance or Controllership is desirable. Experience in planning and budgeting. Proficiency in intermediate-level Excel and Power BI.
