Job Summary: The Tax Assistant at BHub supports analysts in daily operational activities, aiming for agility and efficiency while maintaining service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Interact and collaborate with internal teams **About the opportunity:** As a Tax Assistant at **BHub**, you will be responsible for supporting the analyst team in daily operational activities within the tax department, enhancing delivery workflow agility to improve efficiency while maintaining service quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform tax bookkeeping, verification and classification of received invoices, tax calculation, and preparation of municipal, state, and federal ancillary obligations under Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real regimes, for clients engaged in service provision and commerce; * Carry out monthly closing procedures; * Possess solid knowledge of all tax calculation regimes; * Prior experience handling commercial and service operations; * Incident management: Document and report incidents to the analyst responsible for the client portfolio; * Interact with internal departments via official channels using clear and concise written communication; * Ability to collaborate and interact with other departments and work integrally with the team. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in accounting firms, BPOs, or tax departments; * Knowledge of tax routines including tax calculations and filing of declarations; * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (completed or in progress); * Availability to work in a hybrid model (approximately twice per week on-site at our **Fortaleza/CE** unit). **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with the Domínio system. **Some of Our Benefits:** * Meal allowance/food voucher (Flash card); * Remote work allowance (Flash card); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Transportation voucher (2% payroll deduction); * Childcare allowance; * Extended parental leave (for mothers and fathers); * Birthday day off; * TotalPass; * Full Sesc membership; * Zenklub. ______________________________________________________________________________________ **Want to learn more about BHub?** We are an operational processing company that combines **technology and specialists** to manage the accounting, financial, and administrative functions of businesses.
