Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping, integrating, and optimizing processes, procedures, and organizational practices with a focus on environment and Integrated Management System (IMS). Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of environmental-focused processes and procedures 2. Monitoring and auditing of Integrated Management System (IMS) 3. Training and guidance of teams on IMS and environmental matters Map and integrate organizational processes, procedures, and practices, and identify critical environmental-related activities in order to review and implement unified policies, improve internal methods, and achieve the company’s objectives and goals; Monitor all documents related to the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), as well as Good Construction Practices; Support and monitor internal and external audits required within the Environmental scope, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures according to established protocols; Conduct and support meetings, integration sessions, and training related to IMS, ensuring dissemination of IMS Policy, Processes, and Good Practices to be adopted; Provide guidance to company teams and employees regarding compliance with environmental standards, procedures, and routines; Participate in improvement projects linked to operational indicators and the IMS systems adopted by the company; Interact with various construction site areas, supporting the development and monitoring of site indicator records and, when/where necessary, developing action plans for any discrepancies identified; Monitor and report IMS indicator results. **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor’s degree; It is important that the candidate resides in the city or surrounding region, due to the 100% on-site work requirement and need for daily attendance; Relevant experience in the requested requirements and in the Civil Construction sector is mandatory.
