Technical training in Building Construction with field experience **About the position** We are seeking professionals to supervise production on construction sites, guiding Autonomous Groups (AGs) to meet quality, productivity, and cost targets. The role involves on-site activity monitoring, ensuring adherence to procedures, operational safety, and team development. **Main responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with current procedures and project specifications; * Inspect work by construction phase; * Ensure technological control of units; * Ensure execution of house schedules; * Monitor and control material consumption; * Conduct 5S and Safety patrols; * Train and guide Autonomous Group (AG) employees; * Develop mason leadership; * Handle FCA (Field Corrective Action) processing; * Conduct performance evaluations, apply disciplinary measures, and provide feedback to employees; * Ensure macro-phase layouts; * Maintain company tools and equipment; * Support complementary activities such as technical assistance, project revitalization, and infrastructure services. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Building Construction; * Minimum 6 months of field experience. **Preferred Qualifications** * Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. **Benefits** * Meal allowance/lunch voucher; * Transportation allowance; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Birthday leave; * Education incentive; * External partnerships with companies; * Internal events; * Flexible maternity leave; * Support from Instituto PIPA.
