Job Summary: A masonry and finishing professional responsible for constructing and repairing structures, interpreting project drawings, and ensuring work quality. Key Highlights: 1. Wall, fence, and structural construction and repair 2. Laying of blocks, bricks, and flooring 3. Reading and interpretation of blueprints and technical specifications **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Performs masonry, plastering, concrete pouring, floor laying, and cladding, as well as interprets blueprints and project plans to ensure work complies with technical specifications. **REQUIREMENTS:** Construction and repair of walls, fences, and structures. Laying of blocks, bricks, and flooring. Preparation of mortar, concrete, and other materials. Execution of plastering, scratch coat, screed, and finishing. Interpretation of blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Installation of simple structures such as doors, windows, and door frames. Correction of imperfections and general maintenance on construction sites. Compliance with safety regulations and workplace organization. **BASIC REQUIREMENTS:** Proven experience in the role. Knowledge of masonry techniques, finishing, and blueprint reading. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. Attention to detail and commitment to quality and deadlines. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Business hours \- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:45 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.230,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
