Job Summary: This professional will assist in building, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry maintenance services, ensuring safety and organization of the premises. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in various building maintenance tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry) 2. Use of tools and equipment with a focus on safety 3. Careful preservation of materials and inventory control Assist in building, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry maintenance services within facility units as required and under the guidance of immediate supervision. Use, under supervision, appropriate tools and equipment for each type of activity—including work at heights—while wearing required safety accessories in compliance with current legislation. Ensure the safety of users, clients, and staff during maintenance service execution. Clean and organize areas where maintenance services were performed, removing debris, sweeping, and eliminating waste and stains. Maintain and preserve materials, tools, and equipment used in maintenance services, requesting replenishment when necessary. Manage inventory of materials, parts, components, tools, and equipment by verifying quantities and recording movements in relevant documents and spreadsheets.
