




Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling and organizing documents, managing inventory, monitoring maintenance schedules, and assisting with budgetary control and process improvements. Responsibilities: Control and organize documents, service orders, intervention history, and maintenance reports. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules across stores. Manage inventory of materials and replacement parts used in units, requesting purchases or replenishments as needed. Perform data entry and updates in spreadsheets, systems, or ERP related to maintenance (costs, part consumption, suppliers). Respond to store requests and forward them for technical execution, monitoring deadlines and intervention status. Assist in closing and processing invoices, service requisitions, and maintenance purchases, ensuring compliance with internal processes. Support budgetary control of maintenance activities by tracking costs and discrepancies, and reporting to the responsible supervisor. Maintain communication among the maintenance team, store operations teams, and external suppliers to minimize operational impact. Ensure proper physical and digital organization and archiving of maintenance records, guaranteeing easy accessibility and traceability. Assist in implementing process improvements that may increase efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance coordination between maintenance and store operations. Requirements: Completed high school education; technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is desirable. Prior experience in administrative routines or building/store maintenance (or administrative support for maintenance) is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Strong organizational skills, proactivity, willingness to handle tasks that may involve travel between units or support for multiple stores, if applicable; availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
