The professional will be responsible for planning, executing, supervising, and controlling construction, renovation, and building maintenance activities, ensuring all interventions comply with the organization’s established technical, legal, and operational standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** Prepare and interpret drawings, architectural plans, and descriptive specifications for small- and medium-scale construction and renovation projects; Support physical intervention planning by contributing to schedule development and deadline monitoring; Conduct quantitative surveys of materials, equipment, and services required for construction and maintenance activities; Monitor the execution of renovations, construction works, and maintenance services, verifying compliance with designs, regulations, and technical specifications; Supervise the quality of applied materials and delivered services, documenting non-conformities and recommending corrective actions; Inspect site safety conditions, ensuring compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other applicable legislation; Prepare technical and photographic reports on construction progress, measurements, and completed stages; Support coordination in the physical-financial control of construction projects, contracts, and maintenance services; Monitor and control the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for buildings, ensuring full functionality of installations; Conduct periodic inspections to identify construction pathologies, structural failures, and intervention needs; Assist in developing building maintenance schedules and plans, prioritizing requests based on criticality; Prepare indicative budgets and cost spreadsheets for construction and renovation projects; Evaluate technical proposals from suppliers and service providers, verifying alignment with specifications and requirements; Support outsourcing of services and manage the flow of maintenance requests; Specify construction materials and supplies, ensuring quality, durability, and cost-effectiveness; Issue technical opinions and reports to support decision-making by Management and the Board. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical or higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technologies, or related fields; Knowledge of building maintenance, construction supervision, and drawing interpretation; Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; Proactivity, strong communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Familiarity with NRs and technical standards applicable to civil construction and building maintenance is a plus. **Additional Information** Benefits of working at Camed: Camed Health Plan; Life Insurance; Transportation Allowance; Meal Card: BRL 845.25; Food Card: BRL 493.91; 13th Month Food Basket: BRL 493.91; Childcare Assistance: BRL 477.08; Assistance for Children with Physical or Mental Disabilities Preventing Full Capacity: BRL 523.15; Five annual leave days starting from the first year of employment; PAS – Superior Training Program; Private Pension Plan; Wellhub (corporate wellness benefit providing access to gyms, studios, and wellness apps).
