Financial monitoring and inventory control STORE MANAGER Dragão dos Parafusos – Aldeota Store About the Position We are looking for a Store Manager with leadership qualities, a results-driven approach, and the ability to organize and develop a team. This person will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly, increasing revenue, and delivering high-quality customer service. Compensation and Benefits Fixed salary of R$ 4.875,11 1% commission on store revenue Meal allowance of R$ 23.00 per working day Transportation allowance Health and dental plans available upon enrollment, with affordable rates for spouses and dependents Key Responsibilities Sales and Results Management Monitor daily store revenue, targets, and performance indicators. Develop strategies to increase sales and improve results, making effective use of available resources. Team Leadership Monitor sales staff performance, provide guidance and feedback, and develop action plans when necessary. Ensure team alignment, motivation, and focus on store goals. Customer Service Quality Supervise customer service to ensure it is prompt, consultative, and of high quality. Monitor the sales process, support the team during negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Financial and Cash Management Monitor the store’s financial flow, including revenue, cash reconciliation, inflows, and outflows. Ensure organization, control, and security in financial operations, preventing errors and discrepancies. Process and Inventory Management Verify store replenishment, monitor inventory control via system, and coordinate with logistics as needed. Identify improvements in internal processes and ensure organization and proper maintenance of the physical store space.
