Manage maintenance budget and costs. **Responsibilities:** Manage the maintenance team, including supervision and training. Analyze vehicle failures and develop plans to prevent future failures. Plan maintenance budgets for vehicles. Analyze maintenance team performance and develop improvement plans. Analyze vehicle performance, including fuel consumption, engine performance, and other indicators. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience in heavy vehicle maintenance—especially buses—is essential. Knowledge of propulsion systems, transmission, braking, suspension, steering, and other mechanical bus systems. Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations applicable to the transportation sector. Experience in planning, scheduling, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance. Leadership and team management skills, including supervision of technicians and mechanics. Ability to plan and organize maintenance activities, including service scheduling and inventory management. Knowledge of cost and budget management for the maintenance department.
