**Job Summary** Perform cleaning, maintenance, organization, and basic conservation tasks to ensure hygiene, simple repairs, and proper functioning of the company’s facilities, equipment, and premises. **Key Responsibilities** * Clean and maintain internal and external areas; * Collect and dispose of waste appropriately; * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies; * Perform basic building maintenance tasks (plumbing, simple electrical work, painting, masonry, and basic carpentry); * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities; * Maintain tools, materials, and work equipment in good condition; * Identify and report needs for repair or replacement of materials; * Carry out other related duties as directed by management; * Comply with safety, hygiene, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage standards; **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Completed elementary school (preferred); * **Experience:** Prior experience in maintenance or general services is a plus; * **Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and building maintenance; * **Skills:** Organization, agility, attention to detail, and teamwork. **Monday to Thursday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** **Benefits:** Meal Allowance (iFood Card) – BRL 17.00 (per working day) Transportation Benefit or Fuel Allowance (with no 6% payroll deduction) Basic Food Basket (in products) Wellhub (Gympass) Online Learning Platform Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Salary: BRL 1,518.00 – BRL 1,700.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
