Job Summary: Professional responsible for fiscal and tax control, integration with production, administrative routines, and compliance, with emphasis on TOTVS Protheus and tax legislation. Fiscal and Tax Control ○ Issuance of invoices for finished goods (outgoing) in TOTVS Protheus. ○ Verification of CFOP, NCM, CST, ICMS, PIS, and COFINS tax rates. ○ Recording and verification of incoming invoices (raw materials, inputs). ○ Support in tax calculation (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS). ○ Generation and verification of SPED Fiscal and SPED Contributions. ○ Control of fiscal ledgers and ancillary obligations. 2\. Integration with Production ○ Registration of production orders in TOTVS Protheus. ○ Control of inventory movements (receipts, issues, and transfers). ○ Verification of raw material consumption and production reporting. ○ Support in issuing production reports for the accounting/tax department. 3\. Administrative Routines ○ Organization and archiving of fiscal documents. ○ Control of document protocols and submission to external accounting firms. ○ Support during internal and external audits. ○ Support in preparing management reports (costs, losses, taxes). 4\. Compliance and Support ○ Ensure compliance with current legislation and internal policies. ○ Support the finance department in fiscal reconciliations. ○ Interface with suppliers to correct fiscal documents. Required Knowledge: * TOTVS Protheus (modules: Fiscal, Inventory, Production). * Tax legislation (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, SPED). * Basic accounting and inventory control concepts. * Microsoft Office (Excel for reporting).
