Starting on the 8th day, work at the company begins (100% in-person), and the course becomes in-person at the unit nearest your residence. Good luck! **Responsibilities:** Control entries of Writers and Referenced invoices; Issue correction letters; Record Writers’ NF-es; Record Referenced NF-es; Record Transfer NF-es; Send NF-es to customers/suppliers; Screen incoming customer/supplier invoices for recording; Screen outgoing invoices; Send PDFs of invoices to customers/suppliers/Ecolab; Open service tickets via Avvall Portal; Process various Writers’ billing (Repair, Equipment, Freight Cancellation, Sample, Loan, Industrialization, Warehousing, Stock Transposition, Waste, Transfer, and IT); Process Sales billing (YATF, YVRG, and YREM); EN Entry – Cancellation of outgoing NF-e; Billing for NF-e Exchange Intertank / MICROQUIMICA / QGP. **Requirements:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
