




We are looking for a **Customer Service Manager** to work at a **condominium management company**, responsible for managing relationships with building managers (syndics), boards, and clients, ensuring excellence in customer service, contract compliance, and support for condominium operations—**without direct team management**. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary point of contact between the management company and serviced condominiums * Manage relationships with building managers (syndics) and board members * Monitor operational, administrative, and financial requests from condominiums * Ensure contract compliance, deadlines, and SLA fulfillment * Support resolution of incidents, complaints, and conflicts * Track customer service and satisfaction metrics * Liaise with internal departments (finance, legal, operations) * Ensure alignment with internal policies and condominium legislation **Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service at a **condominium management company** * Knowledge of condominium routines (meetings, contracts, budgeting, financial reporting) * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a solution-oriented mindset * Proficiency in negotiation and client relationship management **Compensation:** * **Salary:** Please indicate your salary expectation **Benefits:** * Health Insurance (after 90 days) * Transportation Allowance (based on usage) * Meal Allowance: **R$37.50/day** * TotalPass **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday * Flexible hours **Work Location:** * Faria Lima – São Paulo/SP Employment Type: Full-time Payment: R$2,150.00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance
