




**Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and optimize the company's administrative processes, such as accounts payable/receivable, contract control, procurement, and logistics. * Coordinate administrative, financial, and/or human resources support teams, according to the company's structure. * Implement and monitor internal policies, standards, and administrative procedures. * Control budgets, operational costs, and material resources. * Support management with managerial reports, performance indicators, and strategic analyses. * Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations related to the administrative area. * Supervise facility maintenance, security, and infrastructure processes (when applicable). * Continuously seek process improvement and reduction of operational costs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in related areas is desirable. * Proven experience in administrative leadership roles. * Knowledge of finance, people management, contracts, and business legislation. * Proficiency in management tools (ERP, Excel, etc.). * Leadership, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Systemic thinking * Proactivity * Problem-solving ability * Ethics and confidentiality * Results orientation * Flexibility and resilience Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.718,30 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Transportation voucher Experience: * Administration (Required)
