Key Responsibilities: 1. Tax Document Analysis 2. Contact with Building Managers and Service Providers 3. Preparation and Binding of Financial Statements - TAX DOCUMENT ANALYSIS; - PREPARATION AND BINDING OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS; - EXPENSE ENTRY AND VERIFICATION; - CONTACT WITH BUILDING MANAGERS AND BOARD MEMBERS; - CONTACT WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS. REQUIREMENTS - BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES IS A PLUS.
