We are seeking a **Café Manager** to work in the **Mooca – SP** region, with the mission of leading the team, ensuring operational excellence at the unit, and guaranteeing a positive customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate the unit’s operational activities, ensuring proper execution of daily routines; * Lead, guide, and develop the team, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment; * Monitor financial results, performance indicators, and goal achievement; * Ensure service quality and standardization in accordance with brand guidelines; * Implement and monitor compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures. **Requirements** * Prior leadership experience, such as Unit Manager, Supervisor, Store Leader, or similar roles; * Availability to work in the Mooca – SP region; * Experience in people management and team development; * Knowledge of operational routines, inventory control, and process organization; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and strong customer-service orientation; * Proactive, organized profile with a solutions-focused mindset; * Minimum education: Completed high school (a bachelor’s degree is considered a plus).
