




We are looking for a **Operations Supervisor** to work within a young, growing group that values standardization, service excellence, and well-structured processes. This is a strategic role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems, monitoring indicators, and ensuring the best possible customer experience. **Responsibilities** * Oversee unit operations, ensuring compliance with operational standards. * Train and develop front-of-house and kitchen teams. * Monitor key performance indicators (COGS, NPS, stockouts, productivity, scheduling, targets). * Conduct technical visits and provide feedback to unit managers. * Support store opening and closing as needed. * Ensure service, environment, customer service, and product quality. * Handle conflict resolution, complaints, and non-conformities. * Guarantee compliance with administrative and operational routines. * Contribute to expansion efforts and the implementation of new units. **Requirements** * Experience in food and beverage operations (restaurants, franchises, fast casual, cafés). * Experience in supervision, leadership, or team coordination. * Ability to train, monitor performance, and establish routines. * Availability for site visits and flexible working hours. * Practical mindset, sense of urgency, and results-driven focus. **Preferred Qualifications** * Specific experience with food and beverage franchises. * Knowledge of KPIs, COGS, and loss control. * Experience in process standardization and new unit openings. **Benefits** * Competitive market salary. * Transportation allowance. * Meal/food allowance. * Genuine career growth opportunities within an expanding group.
