Responsibilities and Duties Provide in-person and telephone support for patients, clients, and visitors Receive, guide, and direct visitors to the appropriate departments or responsible professionals Perform registration and update of data in the system Schedule, confirm, and organize appointments, exams, or consultations Verify documents, authorizations, and health insurance referral forms Organize service queues and manage arrival order Maintain the organization of the reception area and patient flow Provide basic information courteously and empathetically Comply with internal policies, professional ethics, and confidentiality of information Requirements and Qualifications Mandatory: Completed High School education.
