Job Summary: We are seeking a customer service representative for an artisanal bakery to provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service, with emphasis on presenting naturally fermented products. We value care, consistency, and service that brings customers back Position: **Artisanal Bakery Attendant (with cash handling experience)** *Fortaleza – CE, On-site* We are an artisanal bakery specializing in natural fermentation, premium ingredients, and meticulous production at every detail. We seek someone who enjoys customer interaction, pays close attention to customer needs, and helps uphold our standards daily. ➡ Key Responsibilities: * **Presenting products, explaining distinguishing features when necessary** * Serving customers at the counter with courtesy and efficiency * Operating the cash register (opening, closing, and reconciliation) * Organizing and restocking products in the display case * Assisting with cleaning and maintaining workplace organization ✅ Requirements: * **Strong communication skills** * **Efficiency in daily tasks** * Prior experience as a customer service attendant or cashier * Comfort interacting with the public * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail ⭐ Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in bakeries, cafés, or restaurants * Interest in artisanal baking What We Expect: Someone who understands that here, we do not merely sell bread — we deliver an experience.
