




* Greet and provide support services to internal and external clients. Handle telephone inquiries and provide information to employees. Schedule meeting rooms. Arrange interviews, assess visitors' needs, and direct them to the appropriate locations and/or persons. Schedule services upon request from the administrative department. Observe internal security protocols by verifying documents and client credibility, and notify security personnel of unfamiliar individuals. Arrange taxis and motorcycle couriers exclusively for employee use, in accordance with pre-established administrative department rules. Prepare and dispatch correspondence and courier packages. Issue access cards for employees and visitors. Manage receipt of items and third-party service deliveries. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. * MUST RESIDE IN MACAÉ!! * FLUENT ENGLISH REQUIRED!! * INTERMITTENT CONTRACT!
