Focus on customer service and interaction to deliver an excellent experience. **Requirements** Previous experience as a barista or in cafés (a relevant advantage) Basic/intermediate knowledge of espresso extraction and filter brewing methods Basic understanding of latte art (an advantage) Agility, organization, and attention to detail Commitment to standards and processes Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Availability to work on rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays) Expected Behavioral Profile Sense of responsibility toward operations Proactivity (does not wait for instructions; anticipates needs) Ability to work consistently under pressure Team spirit and collaboration Genuine interest in coffee and continuous learning **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare coffee-based beverages (espresso, pour-over, cold brews, and signature drinks) following house standards. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with technical proficiency. Adjust grind size, extraction parameters, and other variables according to coffee variations. Ensure consistent quality and presentation of beverages. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation (before, during, and after shifts). Monitor inventory and report restocking needs. Focus on customer service, interacting with customers as needed.
