




**Summary:** Responsible for customer service and sales of store products: bakery, cafeteria, confectionery, and deli items. Restocks products, arranging them in an organized manner on shelves and gondolas, and handles products as requested by customers. Cleans and organizes the sales area. Pays attention to personal hygiene, wearing appropriate uniforms and hairnets, adhering to safety, quality, and hygiene standards for handling food products, following company customer service procedures and policies. **Main activities/responsibilities:** Serve and attend to customers in the store, selling bakery, confectionery, cafeteria, and deli items according to Padaria Aliança’s customer service policy. Restock store products, placing them on shelves and gondolas in an organized manner. Operate pre-programmed electronic scales carefully, weighing products and labeling them with prices. Operate kitchen equipment and utensils such as deli slicers, blenders, juice extractors, and ovens for cafeteria products. Keep the workplace organized and perform daily cleaning in accordance with the Good Practices Manual. Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment and utensils used daily. Answer customer questions regarding bakery, confectionery, and coffee products. Maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate uniforms, hairnets, and PPE for handling food products in accordance with the Good Practices Manual.
