The professional will contribute to menu creation, recipe standardization, gastronomic process control, and team leadership. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, develop, and update menus; * Create and test recipes, ensuring standardization and quality; * Supervise food preparation and dish presentation; * Control costs, ingredients, and waste; * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations; * Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments; * Monitor culinary trends and propose innovations. **Requirements:** * Degree in Gastronomy; * Experience in the culinary field (preferred); * Knowledge of cooking techniques and good food handling practices; * Organization, creativity, and attention to detail; * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in kitchen management; * Knowledge of technical sheets and cost control; * Additional courses in the culinary field. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (we will assess your salary expectations); * Benefits (transportation allowance, meals provided at the company, among others); * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
