Plan, coordinate, and supervise the team; organize the ordering schedule and shift timings for island and self-service products, adjusting according to peak sales demand; Assist management regarding product shortages in the store; Ensure proper labeling, quality standards, and presentation of displayed products; Monitor product shortages and waste; Support customer service and cashiers as needed; Collaborate with departments such as procurement, sales, and management; Resolve daily operational issues; Guide and train staff; Mediate conflicts when necessary, escalating to management; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
