Ongoing internal training We are looking for a dedicated, punctual, and committed **BAKER ASSISTANT** or **BAKER** to join our team. The professional will be responsible for preparing, producing, and baking bread and other bakery products, ensuring item quality and standardization. Available Shifts: * Morning Shift: 5:45 AM to 1:35 PM * Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Weekly day off on Sundays. Responsibilities: * Prepare dough, bread, and bakery items; * Operate ovens and other production equipment; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow quality standards and good handling practices; * Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Prior experience as a baker is a plus; * Willingness to learn; * Commitment, organization, and agility; * Ability to work in a team.
