




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising bakery production to ensure quality and organization, and leading the team with a focus on customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality and customer service Description: Responsibilities: * Supervise the production of bread, cakes, and other bakery products. * Ensure product quality and presentation. * Train and guide team members. * Monitor ingredient inventory and place orders as needed. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. * Implement and monitor food safety standards. * Serve customers and resolve any issues or complaints. * Perform other duties related to this position. Requirements: * Prior experience in bakery operations and/or leadership roles in the bakery industry. * Knowledge of bakery production processes. * Team management skills. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
