The professional will assist in preparation, shaping, and baking stages, ensuring the bakery's product quality and standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist the baker in preparing doughs and fillings; * Shape and portion dough according to instructions; * Monitor fermentation and baking processes; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Sanitize utensils and equipment; * Control ingredient and supply usage; * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations.
