Our core values—**ethics, commitment, and transparency**—form the foundation of all our relationships and decisions. **Position:** Window and Door Installer **Work Location:** Novo Hamburgo/RS **Main Responsibilities:** * Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. * Assemble windows and doors (including façades, railings, glass cladding, etc.). * Perform cutting, machining, drilling, and fitting according to specified measurements. * Install windows and doors on residential, commercial, or industrial construction sites. * Apply sealing materials (silicone, rubber gaskets, brushes, etc.) and perform final adjustments. * Verify leveling, plumb, and alignment of installed components. * Operate machinery and hand tools (e.g., drills, screwdrivers, saws, etc.). * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Conduct maintenance and maintain workplace organization. * Assist in loading, transporting, and unloading materials when required. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred). * Prior experience in window and door assembly and/or installation. * Construction site experience is considered a plus. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Proficiency in measurement using tape measures, levels, and other instruments. * Basic knowledge of sealing and finishing techniques. * Fundamental understanding of occupational safety standards.
