Main Responsibilities: * Perform cleaning and maintenance of indoor areas (offices, restrooms, cafeteria, and administrative areas). * Perform cleaning and maintenance of outdoor areas (courtyard, sidewalks, and common areas). * Carry out gardening services such as mowing lawns, pruning plants, and maintaining green areas. * Support building organization and preservation. * Assist with minor repairs when necessary. Requirements: * Completed elementary education. * Experience in cleaning, maintenance, or gardening. * Availability for operational tasks and physical effort.
