We are seeking a **Welding Assistant** to support welding operations. Main Responsibilities: * Assist welders in welding activities (MIG and TIG, as applicable); * Prepare parts and materials for welding (cutting, cleaning, grinding, positioning); * Support the assembly of metal structures and components; * Organize tools and maintain a clean and safe workplace; * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. Requirements: * Completed elementary or high school education; * Prior experience as a welding assistant or in metallurgy (preferred); * Basic knowledge of hand and power tools; * Familiarity with workplace safety; * Proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute break.
