




Job Description: If you: * Hold a Technical Course in Automotive Maintenance. * Possess a Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category B. * Have knowledge of automotive mechanics, electro-electronics, and bodywork. * Have basic computer skills. The following will be considered advantageous: * Prior experience at automotive dealerships. * Perform periodic inspections, repairs, and replacement of vehicle system components and parts using conventional and specialized tools to ensure proper vehicle operation. * Ensure daily, accurate execution of services, prioritizing repairs on vehicles under your responsibility to guarantee full customer satisfaction. * Adhere daily to the manufacturer’s service standards and procedures, staying updated to perform your duties effectively and excellently. * Record daily the start and completion times of each job performed on scheduled vehicles, complying with manufacturer and Group standards and measuring time spent per task. * Retrieve parts, when necessary, from the parts counter to fully complete services on vehicles under your responsibility. * Document all services and repairs performed on the vehicle in the Service Order (SO), promptly reporting to the Workshop Supervisor whenever required to comply with the manufacturer’s/Group GNC safety directives. * Verify and confirm additional services and/or repairs, informing and requesting supplementary estimates from Technical Consultants, proactively contributing to customer satisfaction. * Keep senior management and supervision informed about the progress of tasks under your responsibility, seeking solutions to encountered issues to enable effective managerial oversight. * Carry out other tasks delegated by the area manager. * Attend manufacturer-provided in-person and web-based training courses according to the schedule issued by the Human Resources Department to ensure certification and maintain the performance index set by the manufacturer. * Respect the needs, integrity, expectations, and privacy of our customers, colleagues, third parties, suppliers, communities, institutions, and government bodies, thereby ensuring compliance with the Group’s Code of Ethics. 2511270202401630495
