We are looking for a **Sales Technical Assistant** to work collaboratively with other teams, ensuring an efficient and organized workflow across vehicle verification, preparation, and delivery processes—guaranteeing all new vehicles comply with both manufacturer and NewChase Group quality standards. If you are agile, customer-focused, and committed to excellence in results, join our ***team***! ***We are NewChase Group—and we grow together!*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct initial inspections of new vehicles arriving at the dealership to verify integrity and compliance with established standards; record and report any damages or discrepancies identified during inspection. * Monitor adherence to deadlines for each preparation stage, coordinating the entire workflow from preparation through to vehicle readiness for delivery—ensuring completion of all steps while prioritizing time-intensive tasks to meet or anticipate customer delivery deadlines. * Oversee execution of vehicle cleaning, accessory installation, and minor repairs when necessary, ensuring timely vehicle delivery to customers. * Move vehicles between departments and, when required, between lots to support smooth preparation processes. * Identify vehicles scheduled for same-day delivery and verify the quality of accessory installation and minor repairs using a standard checklist and performing electronic/electrical system tests—to ensure full functionality of all components and vehicle aesthetics per manufacturer and NewChase Group criteria. * Conduct technical vehicle handover, explaining features, controls, systems, and embedded technologies to customers. * Provide guidance on owner's manuals, warranties, scheduled maintenance, as well as safe vehicle operation and maintenance procedures **Requirements and Qualifications** **You:** * Have completed high school; * Hold a valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); *The \#NewChaseGroup is your place!* **Additional qualifications considered advantageous:** * Experience in customer service; * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics; **Additional Information** **What we offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * WellHub (formerly Gympass)—available for up to 3 dependents; * Complimentary telemedicine—available for spouse, children; * Complimentary psychological support—available for spouse, children; * Discounts on undergraduate, graduate, MBA, and fully online English courses; * Corporate University; * Recognition program for years of service; * Maternity care program. **WE ARE NEWCHASE GROUP AND WE GROW TOGETHER** We are a national mobility group excelling in the automotive market for over 30 years, with continuous growth and service excellence.
