




The restaurant is seeking a Salad Chef professional in Santa Cruz do Capibaribe (Oscarzão). **Responsibilities:** Prepare salads, cold dishes, appetizers and side dishes. Perform hygiene, cutting and assembly of vegetables, leafy greens, legumes and fruits. Prepare salad dressings and cold appetizer sauces. Organize and maintain the cold food station clean and well-stocked. Monitor the expiration dates and quality of ingredients in the department. Assist in the decoration and presentation of cold dishes and buffets.
