Join our crew and sail toward the future! \#VemSerBrisanet **Responsibilities and Duties** On a day-to-day basis, the Internal Auditor I will support the team in executing audit plans, focusing on practical learning and analytical accuracy. Your primary activities will be: **Supporting Test Execution:** Assist in applying audit tests (compliance and substantive) to mapped processes, collecting necessary evidence under the guidance of more experienced auditors. **Organizing Working Papers:** Organize, digitize, and document evidence and working papers supporting audit findings, ensuring information traceability. **Following Up on Action Plans (Follow-up):** Initiate contact with audited areas to update the status of agreed recommendations and action plans, updating the control system. **Supporting Reports and Spreadsheets:** Assist in drafting audit reports, completing risk matrices, and updating spreadsheets and departmental indicators. **Initial Process Mapping:** Support understanding of operational workflows across departments through interviews and internal policy reviews. **Administrative Tasks for the Department:** Participate in alignment meetings, organize the audit schedule, and assist with other related tasks assigned by leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Currently enrolled in (from the 5th semester onward) or completed undergraduate studies in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * **Professional Experience:** Prior experience in administrative, financial, accounting, process-related routines, or internships in related areas (Audit, Controller, Quality, or Risk Management). * **Tools:** Intermediate proficiency in **Excel**, and ease of use with Google ecosystem tools (Sheets, Docs). * **Behavioral Profile:** Strong attention to detail, analytical curiosity, good verbal/written communication, and ethical conduct (discretion regarding confidential data). **Differentiators (Nice-to-have!):** * Basic knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000). * Familiarity or initial exposure to management systems (e.g., SAP ERP). * Extracurricular courses focused on Internal Audit or Advanced Excel. **Additional Information** * A work culture that respects and values people; * Internal events covering diverse topics; * A collaborative environment that fosters personal and professional development; * A horizontal and vertical organizational structure — meaning you are the protagonist of your own career!; * Meal benefits (Headquarters via cafeteria; Branches via iFood); * Co-payment Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Daycare Assistance; * Assistance for Dependents with Disabilities; * Payroll-deductible Loans (available after 6 months); * Discounts of up to 50% on Brisanet Internet and BrisaMusic services; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Discounts of up to 60% at Higher Education Institutions.
