We offer services ranging from logo creation to full advertising campaigns. **Responsibilities:** Sort materials and prepare metal part surfaces for galvanization. Perform part immersion operations in degreasing, pickling, fluxing, zinc, and passivation baths. Regulate and record process times per operational instructions, and perform part finishing upon exiting the zinc bath. Tie, secure, and position parts on hangers, fixtures, and baskets; inspect and clean the zinc bath. Complete production process records and documentation, assist in visual quality inspection of parts, and maintain workplace cleanliness and organization. Previous roles such as Galvanizing Operator, Galvanization Technician, Surface Treatment Specialist, or Metallurgical Process Operator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
