The Credit Assistant will perform administrative support activities within the scope of credit granting, including customer and commercial team service and support, and ensuring compliance with institutional processes. This position is also open to **persons with disabilities (PWD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** Activities: * Customer service; * Ensuring customer satisfaction, thereby contributing to the institution’s growth; * Organizing and managing physical and digital credit files of the branch; * Assisting advisors in issuing contracts; * Performing checklists of information and documentation for prepared contracts; * Organizing customer folders by identifying and cataloging them; * Administrative routines; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education (Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); Preferred qualification: Experience in customer service; **Additional Information** Base salary: R$ 1\.746,49 Benefits of joining our team: * Training programs * Life insurance * Health plan * Dental plan * Meal allowance: R$ 1\.600,00 * Birthday day off * Why not join the Ceape Brasil team?
