Responsibilities and Activities * Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of the area, including floors, walls, drains, countertops, sinks, and handling areas. * Sanitize equipment and utensils following internal procedures correctly. * Clean cold rooms, freezers, and refrigerators according to safety guidelines. * Collect and dispose of organic and recyclable waste properly, maintaining an organized environment. * Prepare, dilute, and use cleaning and sanitizing products appropriately, following instructions and technical data sheets. * Use PPE correctly (gloves, boots, apron, cap, etc.) and comply with hygiene standards. * Maintain organization and preservation of cleaning materials and equipment. * Report any material needs or replenishments to the supervisor. * Clean sector restrooms, shelves, balconies, consumption tables, and the baked goods machine.
