Here, you won’t perform the same tasks repeatedly — you will grow. If you master measurements, plumb lines, levels, and tools, we’ll teach you the rest. Responsibilities * Installation of ACM (structure, panels, and finishing) * Assembly of metallic and aluminum structures * On-site work (including working at heights) and support at the factory * Work involving aluminum windows and doors Requirements * Proficiency in measurements, plumb lines, and levels * Experience with welding, angle grinders, cut-off saws, and screwdrivers * Availability to work both on construction sites and at the factory * Commitment and responsibility Preferred Qualifications * Ability to read technical drawings * Experience with metallic structures, steel framing, or façades * Prior experience with ACM Work Schedule Mon–Thu: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM \| Fri: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM On-site Salary * Installer/Assembler: R$ 2\.300 to R$ 3\.000 (based on technical proficiency) * Assistant: up to R$ 2\.000, with real growth potential Benefits * Transportation allowance * Meal/food allowance * Performance bonus * Environment with constant learning Interested candidates, please DM us or send your resume.
