




### **Job Context** * Working in after-sales, serving as the main link between customer and workshop * Focus on service quality, customer satisfaction, and brand processes * Strategic position to strengthen the customer experience ### **Main Responsibilities** * Provide consultative after-sales service to customers * Receive vehicles, identify needs, and issue service orders * Clearly explain diagnoses, services, timelines, and costs * Monitor service progress with the workshop * Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire process * Support achievement of quality, productivity, and revenue targets and indicators * Strictly follow manufacturer and dealership processes and standards ### **Requirements** * Previous experience as After-Sales Consultant / Service Consultant * Experience at a dealership is a plus * Strong communication skills, organization, and customer service focus * Knowledge of workshop and after-sales routines * Proficiency with management systems and tools * Driver’s license category B (desirable) Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Driver’s License: B
