Job Summary: Senior Bidding Analyst responsible for managing bidding processes, contracts, and documentation, ensuring legal compliance and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of bidding and contractual processes 2. Analysis of tender documents and preparation of commercial and technical proposals 3. Monitoring of contractual obligations and performance indicators * Bachelor’s degree (Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or Law, preferably Corporate Law); * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience with bidding routines; * Prior work experience in sanitation and/or engineering companies will be considered an advantage; * Full availability for travel; **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze and assess tender documents, preparing detailed reports on risks, opportunities, and competitiveness; * Manage bidding documentation, commercial and technical proposals aligned with tender requirements; * Manage bidding processes, control deadlines, objections, and administrative appeals; * Draft and negotiate well-structured contracts and agreements compliant with legal regulations; * Draft and negotiate well-structured contracts and agreements compliant with legal regulations, monitor contractual obligations; * Review submitted documents to ensure compliance with legislation and applicable laws and other relevant standards; * Conduct internal audits and controls, ensuring well-documented processes to guarantee transparency and governance; * Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess efficiency in bidding and contract processes; * Possess advanced knowledge of procedures before CREA and CRA councils (ART and technical portfolios, organization of technical portfolios in commercial and engineering areas); * Maintain municipal, state, and federal certificates, as well as those issued by companies, agencies, and other required entities, up-to-date and properly organized. \*AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION (FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES) Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Microsoft Excel (Mandatory) * Senior Bidding Analyst (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
