Here, onboarding means **well-defined processes, empathy, and execution with excellence**. **Role Mission** Ensure students begin and progress through their journey with **clarity, confidence, and close support**, preventing early churn and delivering a positive experience from the very first contact. ️ **Your Responsibilities:** * Welcome new customers after purchase and guide them through onboarding actions; * Conduct proactive and reactive support interactions with active listening; * Monitor initial steps on the platform and within the community; * Anticipate early questions and act preventively; * Conduct welcome calls; * Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to ensure a seamless journey; * Maintain organized records and well-structured processes. Requirements: ✅ **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience with **onboarding** and customer support; * A **strategic** mindset, focused on clear processes and organization; * Clear and **human-centered** communication; * **Autonomy to handle multiple simultaneous interactions**; * Availability for **daily calls** (±8–10 calls per day). **✨ Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Experience with digital products or education; * Familiarity with **Octadesk and RD Station**; * Experience in **customer journey analysis and optimization**; * Affinity with technology.
