Responsible for activities related to the registration and auditing of billing for all Leasing and Media contracts registered at the shopping center, thereby ensuring access to retailers’ sales volumes and optimizing Overage Rent revenue. Also responsible for managing accounts receivable for all contracts, aiming to keep delinquency levels within established targets. Solid technical knowledge of SAP (MM and FI modules) Advanced-level solid technical knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Required: Completed undergraduate degree; solid technical knowledge of key accounting routines (General Ledger, Provisions, Reclassifications, Balance Sheet and Income Statement Accounts) Intermediate-level solid technical knowledge of Office tools (Planner, Teamwork, and Power BI). Send notifications to stores that fail to report sales in the system within stipulated deadlines. Perform tax audits of stores. Perform partial sales closing for accounting provision of Overage – end of month. Perform Daily Sales Closing and upload to SAP, weekly. Perform Monthly Overage Rent Sales Closing and submit to Billing. Perform Export and Import of Sales information in SAP – ISF. Prepare management sales reports and send them to DO, GG, Controller, Marketing Manager, Media Executives, and Mix & Retail Consultant. Update and submit the annual audit schedule to Corporate Controllership. Assist retailers with various inquiries (email, phone, and in-person). Prepare Debt Schedule for debt acknowledgment. Support Legal Department in sending the J-block schedule. Participate in the monthly Delinquency Meeting (Call). Conduct collections from delinquent customers – Shopping + Temporary Leasing. Open a ticket for customer credit reporting – Shopping. Participate in the weekly Delinquency Meeting – Shopping. Provide information to RECOP. Open renegotiation tickets and CSC service bills. Register new retailer contracts in the Sales Calculation System. Register new retailer contracts in the Iguatemi Portal. Assist in validating monthly billing. Conduct monthly research with retailers showing the highest sales variation (Top 10 and Bottom 10). Prepare the annual Sales and Overage Forecast. Estimate cash inflow trends (Charges). Validate the PDD (Provision for Doubtful Debt).
