Documentation management and technical interface of projects The construction company seeks a Project Analyst in Fortaleza (Aldeota). **Responsibilities:** Project Planning: develop and monitor schedules and scopes, ensuring deadlines and technical deliverables. Technical Analysis and Coordination: analyze and coordinate projects to ensure compliance with internal standards, technical regulations, and legislation. Project Control and Feasibility: support project cost estimates and conduct technical and regulatory feasibility analyses for developments. Documentation Management: organize and control reports, technical memoranda, contracts, and technical documents with traceability. Technical Interface of Projects: act as the liaison between the developer, designers, and engineering teams, monitoring deliveries and technical adjustments. Previous experience as Project Coordinator, Project Specialist, Project Manager, or Project Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
