Job Summary: Support the Product Analyst in organizing tasks, testing, and deliveries, maintaining alignment with internal departments, documenting meetings, and tracking solutions and feedback. Maintain alignment with internal departments **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in fields such as Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or related areas; * Basic knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Digital Products; * Organized, analytical, punctual, and detail-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams. **Responsibilities** * Support the Product Analyst in team routines; * Assist in organizing tasks, testing, and product deliveries; * Maintain alignment with internal departments (e.g., Technology, Customer Support, Sales); * Document meetings and track minutes and action items; * Monitor launched solutions and report improvements or inconsistencies; * Assist in collecting feedback and creating supporting materials.
