




Job Description: WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate English proficiency preferred; * Experience managing teams in customer service, planning, and logistics; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * SAP system knowledge preferred. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage the Order-to-Delivery process—from order entry by analysts through final delivery to the customer—ensuring optimal customer experience. Monitor and ensure performance indicators (OTIF, PPM, NPS); * Actively participate in Cluster, Sales, and monthly planning meetings to systematically improve order intake and sales plan execution while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction; * Align with operational areas on potential operational constraints, coordinating with the Production Manager and production planning team regarding commercial policies, logistics parameters, warehousing, and transportation; * Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and the Factory; * Support the Sales team in communicating and delivering value propositions to all customers; * Act as a problem solver, accelerating decision-making and, whenever possible, identifying opportunities to improve services delivered to both external and internal customers; * Visit customers to develop and enhance logistics projects; * Ensure materials received by the Warehouse are properly inspected, identified, and stored (intact and without loss), with correct invoice entry and exit recorded in the system; * Implement initiatives to reduce inventory investment, analyze and manage obsolete materials, oversee the MRP cycle for critical production inputs, and continuously monitor inventory levels and replenishment points together with the Warehouse team to guarantee internal service levels; * Manage and conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy; * Manage the production planning team in accordance with corporate operational planning guidelines and plant-specific requirements, seeking ways to optimize production and reduce inventories (Finished Goods and Raw Materials); * Collaborate with Production and Process Engineering to anticipate medium-term bottlenecks, proactively define required actions, and communicate potential constraints to Customer Service/Commercial teams—always aiming to define optimal production blocks and sequencing; * Develop and validate the monthly production plan jointly with Customer Service and Supply Chain Planning, allocating machine capacity and other resources according to plant capabilities; * Conduct daily follow-up of the production plan and key production indicators; lead and implement appropriate corrective actions whenever necessary; * Monitor and assess plant performance, communicating findings to other departments to support actions preventing or correcting deviations; * Control raw material inventory and share responsibility for finished goods inventory control with Customer Service, Logistics, and Sales—including slow-moving and obsolete items; * Support Corporate Supply Chain Management in daily monitoring reports (dashboards), weekly Supply & Demand meetings, monthly S&OP/POVE cycles, and long-term planning or specific project implementation; * Lead production transfer processes between plants; * Define production priorities jointly with Customer Service, balancing customer expectations and production optimization; * Comply with safety rules and procedures, and assume responsibility for employee safety during your shift—providing guidance on task execution, conducting periodic workplace audits, and mitigating identified issues through action plans; * Manage the team by selecting, guiding, training, monitoring performance, evaluating results, providing feedback, promoting and enforcing company procedures, work processes, and implemented management systems, as well as handling other people-management-related matters; * Perform other duties related to this position and its associated work processes, as required. 2512070202191909302
