About the Position The role is responsible for structuring and leading logistics planning and demand forecasting for operations, supporting strategic decisions related to fleet utilization, unit capacity, and operational efficiency. This position operates corporately and analytically, integrating information from various areas to ensure greater operational predictability and better utilization of company assets. Key Responsibilities * Develop demand forecasts (forecast) by unit, region, and equipment type. * Integrate commercial data, active contracts, and seasonality into logistics planning. * Build demand and capacity scenarios to support decision-making. * Size fleet and operational resource requirements per unit. * Identify operational bottlenecks and asset idleness, proposing equipment redistribution. * Conduct logistics capacity and fleet saturation studies. * Develop and monitor logistics performance indicators. * Analyze operational deviations and propose structured action plans. * Design dashboards and management reports to support decision-making. * Collaborate closely with Commercial, Logistics, PCM, and Maintenance departments. * Participate in the SOP (Sales and Operations Planning) process. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Logistics, Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics planning, supply chain, or operations. * Experience in data analysis, logistics indicators, and capacity planning. * Advanced Excel skills (data modeling, pivot tables, scenario analysis). * Experience managing multi-unit operations. Preferred Qualifications * Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Planning, or Operations Management. * Experience in demand forecasting and fleet planning. * Experience working in logistics companies, equipment rental firms, or industrial operations. * Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools. * Experience with SOP and cross-departmental integrated planning.
